James Brennand was captured on Tuesday night and accused of two counts of irritated attack by a community worker, as per the Bexar Province Sheriff’s Office.

He was delivered on Wednesday in the wake of posting $100,000 bond for each count, reports Xinhua news organization.

The person in question, distinguished as Erik Cantu, has been in basic condition in the wake of being shot on different occasions on October 2 by Brennand, a trial official with seven months of involvement answering an irrelevant unsettling influence call at that point.

Brennand has since been terminated.

Cantu was in a coma and non-responsive, his family said on Tuesday in an explanation delivered to neighborhood news sources.

San Antonio Police Boss William McManus said on Tuesday that the charges would change assuming Cantu capitulates to his wounds.

“It was uncalled-for, both officially and criminally,” McManus told journalists.

The charges and capture came extremely close to a dissent held before San Antonio Police Division’s base camp requesting Brennand’s capture on Tuesday.

A pre-hearing is set for November 23, as indicated by Bexar Region Prison records.
